  1. Cream softened cheese with lowfat milk. Stir in beef, onion flakes, pepper, garlic salt, green pepper and lowfat sour cream. Put in an oven proof dish. Top with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min. Serve hot with crackers.
