Ingredients

1 pie crust
8 ounce. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. minced pecans

Directions

Combine cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar, salt, egg and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat at medium speed till well blended. Pour into pastry. Sprinkle with pecans.
Combine topping ingredients. Beat at medium speed just till blended. Carefully pour over pecans. Bake 35-40 min at 375 degrees.
