Ingredients
- 1 pkt Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pkt Chocolate pudding mix
- Â Â [instant]
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. Chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. Pecans
- Â Â For the Frosting
- 1/2 c. Melted butter
- 1 c. Brown sugar [packed]
- Â Â Evaporated lowfat milk
- Â Â Powdered sugar
Directions
- Grease and flour 1 tube pan.
- Prepare the cake as directed on the package and using the the ingredients above.
- Bake 50-55 min at 350 .For the frosting.
- Combine all of the ingredients and Cook, stirring constantly till bubbles.
- add in 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk, cook till smooth.
- Remove from heat and add in sufficient powdered sugar to spreading consistency.
- After the cake has cooled spread the frosting on top and sides and serve.
