  2. Heat butter in a largefrying pan and fry chops for 3-4 mins till browned. Season. Add in garlic, stock, wine and paprika. Cover and cook for 20 mins, turning chops once.
  3. Add in sliced peppers and stir in cream fraiche. Simmer o low heat for 10 mins till chops are cooked.
