  2. Combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour before using. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika and use to coat chicken pcs. Arrange chicken pcs, skin down, in a single layer in a shallow pan. Brush chicken well with butter. Bake, uncovered, 30 min at 400F. Turn the chicken; pour sauce over it. Bake for 30 min longer, or possibly till chicken is golden brown-brown and tender.
