  • 500 gm Chicken breast, (boneless)
  • 2 Tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1 x Lime, (squeezed)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Onion, (minced)
  • 2 x Red chilli, (crushed)
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar Water Cornflour Oil for deep frying

Directions

  1. Slice the chicken into cubes and add in the soya sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper and marinate for 1-2 hrs.
  2. Secondly, prepare the sweet sauce. Heat a tsp of oil in a wok or possibly pot and add in the crushed chilli, the onion, the sugar , one tsp salt, some water and cornflour to thicken. Stir well.
  3. Preheat the oil in a wok or possibly pan and add the chicken piece by piece, turning it around periodically and fry till golden. Serve with the sweet sauce warm or possibly cool.
