Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 lb grnd beef
- 3 Tbsp. quick tapioca (heaping)
- 1 lrg onion minced
- 2 tsp oregano crushed
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 can mushrooms liquid removed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 x green pepper minced*
- 30 ounce tomato sauce
- 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
Directions
- * The green pepper is optional.
- Brown meat. Drain all grease and then blot with paper towels. Spray Pam in crockpot. Add in onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, oregano, basil & mushrooms. Cover crockpot and turn heat to LOW. Cook for approx. hrs. Serve over cooked, liquid removed spaghetti noodles.
