(12oz.) beer; 3 x Cloves garlic crushed; 5 Tbsp. Warm chili pwdr; 1 tsp Salt to taste; 2 Tbsp. Cayenne flakes (minutes. 2 Tblsp; 2 Tbsp. Masa harina; 1 ounce Tequila 150 proof

Directions

Saute/fry' the onion & garlic in the oil. Add in the meat and saute/fry meat is browned. Add in all other ingredients except the Tequila & cook for 1 hour 15 min. When you serve it pour the 150proof Tequila over the top of the chili in the
