Ingredients
- 1 lrg onion minced
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
- 2 lb Rough grnd beef brisket
- 2 c. Stewed tomatos
- 1Â 1/2 c. Tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Molasses
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 c. (12oz.) beer
- 3 x Cloves garlic crushed
- 5 Tbsp. Warm chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Cayenne flakes (minutes. 2 Tblsp
- 2 Tbsp. Masa harina
- 1 ounce Tequila 150 proof
Directions
- Saute/fry' the onion & garlic in the oil. Add in the meat and saute/fry meat is browned. Add in all other ingredients except the Tequila & cook for 1 hour 15 min. When you serve it pour the 150proof Tequila over the top of the chili in the
