Ingredients
- 1 c. rice (washed)
- 1 med. onion
- 1 sm. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 2 cans Campbell's chicken soup (with rice)
Directions
- Chop onions, bell peppers and celery in skillet in 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings or possibly Wesson oil, brown rice, onion, pepper and celery. Add in chicken soup and 1 can of water, season with salt and bake uncovered at 300 degrees for about an hour.
