Ingredients
- 1 pound sliced turkey breast
- 1 (16 ounce.) jar salsa
- 6 (7-8 inch) flour tortillas
- 5 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. minced red or possibly green pepper
Directions
- Cut turkey breast slices into long strips. In bowl, combine turkey with salsa. Arrange 1/6 turkey mix on each tortilla; roll up. Place tortillas, seam side down, in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Cook uncovered, on high 3-4 min till cheese melts. Top each tortilla with 1 tsp. lowfat sour cream; sprinkle with green onion and red or possibly green pepper. Garnish with jalapeno pepper slices, if you like.
