Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies, crushed
3/4 stick butter, melted
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 can Hershey's Syrup
12 ounce. Spanish peanuts
8 ounce. Cold Whip

Directions

Mix cookies, 1/2 can syrup, butter and nuts. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Spread softened ice cream on top. Pour the rest of the syrup on the ice cream. Cover with Cold Whip. Freeze.
