Ingredients
- 1/2 c. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. malt vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 sm. Large eggs
Directions
- Cream mustard and vinegar well. Let stand overnight. Beat Large eggs in a cooking pan, then add in sugar and mustard mix. Cook till thick over low heat. Stir constantly. Spreads easily and is excellent over ham, Canadian bacon and other meats.
