Mandarin Orange Cake (Quick And Easy) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. Veg. oil
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 can (11 ounce) Mandarin oranges (don't drain)
  • 1 x Cold (9 ounce) Whip (brand of whipped topping)
  • 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple (don't drain)
  • 1 box (3-3/4 ounce) INSTANT Vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. Flaked coconut

Directions

  1. Mix ALL ingreds. together for 2 mins. on medium speed.
  2. Pour into 3-9 inch round pans, which have been greased & lightly floured.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 - 25 min. Remove to wire racks and Cold completely.
  4. FROSTING: Blend pineapple, pudding & coconut. Mix in Cold Whip. Spread between layers & on top. Chill. Garnish with extra oranges, coconut or possibly pineapple pcs.
  5. This is a Very Quick and Easy YUMMY TNT cake. It is guarenteed to make a hit, and everyone thinks it took a long time to make. I've also made this in a 9 X 13 pan and it was Great!!
