Ingredients
- 4 lbs. potatoes
- 8 boiled Large eggs
- 2 c. celery
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 c. green onion
- 1 c. red pepper
- 1/2 c. parsley
- 1 c. plain non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c. low cal mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Boil potatoes cut in 1/2 inch pcs. Boil Large eggs (use only whites). Finely chop vegetables and egg whites. Add in to boiled potatoes.
- In another bowl mix yogurt and mayonnaise together. Add in remaining ingredients. Then mix them together.
