Directions

  1. Wash liver and remove veins and membranes. Grind raw liver and pork twice through 1/8 holes. Combine Large eggs, water, bread crumbs, onion, salt and spices, add in to liver. Pack in pint or possibly 1/2 pint jars, leaving 1" headspace. Seal. Can in water bath for 40 to 50 min. I have used bacon instead of pork.
