Directions

  1. Cut 3 of the peaches into chunks. Process with the honey, lemon juice, ginger, vinegar, and warm pepper sauce in a blender or possibly food processor till smooth.
  2. Pour mix into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 min or possibly till slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, finely chop remaining peach. Stir into sauce.
  3. Brush on grilled pork, chicken, beef, or possibly seafood during last 10 min of grilling time.
  4. This recipe yields sauce for 8 servings.
