Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (40 ounce.) can yams, liquid removed, mashed
- 2 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. minced pecans
- 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Combine reserved juice, yams, brown sugar and butter in bowl; mix well. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Top with marshmallows. Bake 10 min longer.
