  • 4 cans kraut
  • 6 to 7 c. juice from boiled Polish sausage
  • 1 pound bacon, minced fine
  • 6 tbsp. flour

Directions

  1. Take cans of sauerkraut, add in juice from sausage. Boil 30 min. Brown bacon - save grease. About 6 Tbsp. of bacon grease. Pour into juice - add in flour. Cook 30 min. Add in sugar for taste.
