Ingredients
- 32 ounce. frzn hash browns, thawed
- 2 cans potato soup
- 2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- Minced onion, optional, to taste
Directions
- Mix ingredients together. Place into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Can be prepared the night before for baking next morning. Freezes well. Serves 12.
