Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. light extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp. fresh oregano leaves or possibly 3/4 teaspoon dry oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Combine ingredients in blender. Whirl till smooth. Store in glass jar with tight fitting lid for up to two weeks. Shake well before using.
