Ingredients
- 2 c. apple juice
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 c. honey
Directions
- Combine all but honey. Bring to boil 10 min. Heat ham 1 hour. Baste with sauce 20 min and then drizzle honey over and bake about 10 min. You can double it for whole ham.
