Ingredients
- 2 pound lean lamb
- 2/3 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp. water
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. mustard
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
Directions
- Mix ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 275 degrees for 45 min. Dip into mustard and honey mix.
