Ground Lamb Appetizers Recipe

Ingredients

2 pound lean lamb 2/3 c. Ritz cracker crumbs 4 tbsp. water 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr 1/2 c. minced walnuts 1/2 c. mustard

1/2 c. honey 2 Large eggs, beaten 2/3 c. soy sauce 1/8 teaspoon ginger 1/8 teaspoon cumin

Directions

1. Mix ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 275 degrees for 45 min. Dip into mustard and honey mix.
