Ingredients

  • 1 env unflavored gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. Milnot
  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Coarsely crushed Keebler's Grasshopper Chocolate Mint Cookies

Directions

  1. Soak gelatin in water. Dissolve over warm water; add in vanilla. Whip Milnot till it holds stiff peaks. Gradually whip in gelatin mix.
  2. Beat egg yolks; blend in lowfat milk. Fold into whipped Milnot mix. Add in cookies. Pour into foil lined pan. Freeze.
