Ingredients
- 1 env unflavored gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 4 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. Milnot
- 3 x Egg yolks
- 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Coarsely crushed Keebler's Grasshopper Chocolate Mint Cookies
Directions
- Soak gelatin in water. Dissolve over warm water; add in vanilla. Whip Milnot till it holds stiff peaks. Gradually whip in gelatin mix.
- Beat egg yolks; blend in lowfat milk. Fold into whipped Milnot mix. Add in cookies. Pour into foil lined pan. Freeze.
