Ingredients

  • 1 can fruit cocktail, (17 ounce.)
  • 1 pkt peach-flavored gelatin, (3 ounce.)
  • 1 c. Borden Lite-line Peach Yogurt, (8 ounce.)
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1 c. Borden whipping cream, whipped (1/2 pt.)

Directions

  1. Drain syrup from fruit cocktail into medium saucepan, heat.
  2. Add in gelatine; stir till dissolved.
  3. Cold.
  4. In large bowl, combine fruit, yogurt, coconut, nuts and gelatine mix; mix well.
  5. Mix in whipped cream. Turn into lightly oiled 8x9-inch square baking dish.
  6. Freeze 4 hrs or possibly till hard.
  7. Makes 9 to 12 servings.
