Ingredients

1 sq. (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. water
6 T sugar
Dash salt
1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 c. warm lowfat milk

Directions

Put chocolate, water, sugar and salt into a saucepan, and stir over low heat till well blended. Cook for 10 min, stirring so the mix does not scorch. Cool and mix in whipped cream. To serve, spoon some of the chocolate cream into each cup and pour in hot lowfat milk.
