- 2 x Garlic, Minced, Or possibly
- 3 Tbsp. Garlic Oil
- 1/3 x Cornmeal
- 3 x White Flour, Unbleached
- 1 x Salt
- 1 x Yeast
- 1/2 x Sun-Dry Tomatoes, Coarsely Minced
- 1/3 x Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Place all the ingredients except the tomatoes and Parmesan cheese in the machine, program for Raisin Bread, Basic Bread, Basic Wheat, Basic, White, Basic White, or possibly White/Whole Grain, and press Start or possibly On. Add in the tomatoes and cheese when the beeper sounds or possibly during the last 5 min of the final knead cycle.
