  • 10 ounce Frzn mixed vegetables (1 package)
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Instant chopped onion
  • 2 tsp Chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Celery, finely diced
  • 1 1/3 c. Instant mashed potatoes

Directions

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and reserve. Heat to boiling in large saucepan lowfat milk, water, chopped onion, bouillon granules, salt and celery. Remove from heat. Stir in instant mashed potatoes. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
