  • 1 x Pouch Lipton 7 Vegetable Soup
  • 1 x Cottage Cheese, (500 Ml)
  • 3 slc Bacon, Cooked And Crubled
  • 8 x Croissants Or possibly Buns, Slpit
  • 3/4 c. Cheedar Cheese, Grated

Directions

  1. In a medium casserole, combine soup mix, cottage cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 F for 20 min. Sprinkle Chddar cheese on top during last 5 min.
  2. TIP: Serve leftovers cool as a sandwich filling with shreadded lettuce.
  3. NOTES : When you have run out of quick luncheon ideas, try this delicious topping with split croissants or possibly toasted buns.
