Ingredients
- 1 x Pouch Lipton 7 Vegetable Soup
- 1 x Cottage Cheese, (500 Ml)
- 3 slc Bacon, Cooked And Crubled
- 8 x Croissants Or possibly Buns, Slpit
- 3/4 c. Cheedar Cheese, Grated
Directions
- In a medium casserole, combine soup mix, cottage cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 F for 20 min. Sprinkle Chddar cheese on top during last 5 min.
- TIP: Serve leftovers cool as a sandwich filling with shreadded lettuce.
- NOTES : When you have run out of quick luncheon ideas, try this delicious topping with split croissants or possibly toasted buns.
