Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello

Directions

  1. Combine the diced rhubarb and sugar and let stand overnight. Next morning simmer this mix for 10-15 min. Stir in package of Jello. Pour into jam jars and freeze when jam cools.
