Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 32 ounce. jar spaghetti sauce
- Spaghetti
Directions
- Combine and mix thoroughly first seven ingredients, shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. In a large skillet brown meatballs on all sides in oil; drain off fat. Add in spaghetti sauce and simmer 30 min. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Serve meatballs and sauce over warm spaghetti. Serves 4-6.
