Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh or possibly 1 ts Dry oregano leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh or possibly 1 ts Dry basil leaves
- 2 tsp Minced fresh or possibly 1/2 ts Dry marjoram leaves
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 lrg Onion, minced (about 1 c.)
- 1 cl Garlic, crushed
- 1 can (16 ounces) whole Tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce Meatballs
- 4 c. Warm cooked spaghetti
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except Meatballs and spaghetti in 3-qt saucepan; break up tomatoes. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally.Prepare Meatballs; drain. Stir meatballs into tomato mix. Cover and simmer 30 min longer, stirring occasiona Serve over spaghetti and, if you like, with Parmesan cheese.
