Ingredients

  • 2 lb Boneless, chuck steak, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 3 Tbsp. Wesson Vegetable Oil
  • 1 c. Minced onion
  • 1 c. Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can (6 ounce) Hunt's Tomato Paste No Salt Added
  • 1 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. In large skillet, brown meat in warm oil. Remove meat. Saute/fry onion and mushrooms in skillet drippings till golden. Stir in remaining ingredients except lowfat sour cream. Return meat to skillet. Cover, simmer, 30 minutes or possibly till meat is tender. stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  2. Gradually stir in lowfat sour cream, blend well. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
  3. Serves 6
