  • 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
  • 1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese (liquid removed)
  • 2 tbsp. minced black olives (dry a little)
  • 2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of warm sauce
  • 3 ounce. dry beef, snipped with scissors in sm. pcs

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Combine with cottage cheese till smooth. Add in olives, onions and sauces; mix well. Add in 1/3 of snipped beef.
  2. Shape into large bowl. Wrap in foil and chill. To serve, put the rest of the beef on the ball. Center on plate with crackers and celery.
