  • 2 sm. jars dry beef
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Heat all ingredients, except the dry beef, in double boiler. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Lay dry beef on top of waxed paper, overlapping top of dry beef. Cold about 5 min. Roll up like jelly roll. Chill. Slice and serve with crackers.
