2 Packages dry beef
1 sm. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. onions, minced fine
1/4 c. green pepper, minced fine
1 c. minced pecans
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Reserve sufficient pecans to roll cheese ball in. Form into 1 large ball. Roll in pecans; cover with plastic wrap and chill before serving.
