Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- 2 Packages dry beef
- 1 sm. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. onions, minced fine
- 1/4 c. green pepper, minced fine
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Reserve sufficient pecans to roll cheese ball in. Form into 1 large ball. Roll in pecans; cover with plastic wrap and chill before serving.
