  • 2 x 8-ounce. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 x 5-ounce. jar dry beef, finely minced
  • 1 clv garlic, chopped
  • 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions, minced
  • 2/3 c. pecans, minced

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients together and mix well. Place in a baking dish and top with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Serve hot with crackers. You can also serve this starter in a chafing dish to keep the dip hot. You will love the flavor and texture of this simple recipe.
  2. Note: Slimmers -: Use light cream cheese and light lowfat sour cream.
