Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. stew beef, cubed (I use pork too)
  • 3-4 med. carrots, chunked
  • 2 onions, chunked
  • 5 potatoes, quartered (can peel but for good change leave peel on)
  • 1 can peas or possibly 8 ounce. frzn peas
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. wine or possibly pickle juice
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in pot with lid. Cook at 275 degrees for 5 hrs or possibly in crock pot on high same time or possibly a little less.
