Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 6 1/2 ounce. tuna, flaked and liquid removed
Directions
- Heat butter over low heat; saute/fry onion. Blend in flour and salt. Cook and stir over low heat till mix is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and gradually stir in lowfat milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Add in tuna and boil 1 minute. Pour into oiled 8 x 8 casserole.
