Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 x egg
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. water
- Â Â In small mixer bowl, combine the above ingredients. Blend well. Beat two
- Â Â min with the mixer. Pour into a 9-iinch pie pan.
- 1 can (1 lb 5 ounce) apple pie filling
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
Directions
- Combine the above; pour into center of the batter poured into the pie pan.
- Don't stir. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 50 min.
