Crazy Crust Apple Pie Recipe

• 1 c. flour
• 1 tsp baking pwdr
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 x egg
• 2/3 c. shortening
• 3/4 c. water In small mixer bowl, combine the above ingredients. Blend well. Beat two min with the mixer. Pour into a 9-iinch pie pan.
• 1 can (1 lb 5 ounce) apple pie filling
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
