Ingredients

STEP 1:
2 lbs. grnd beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. lowfat milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
STEP 2:
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce or possibly cocktail sauce
1 (10 ounce) jar grape jelly

Directions

Step 1: Mix all the above ingredients together under Step 1. Fry in 1/4 cup shortening; take out and drain.Step 2: Mix sauce and jelly together in pan. Place meatballs in and simmer, uncovered 30 min.
