Ingredients
- STEP 1:
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- STEP 2:
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce or possibly cocktail sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) jar grape jelly
Directions
- Step 1: Mix all the above ingredients together under Step 1. Fry in 1/4 cup shortening; take out and drain.Step 2: Mix sauce and jelly together in pan. Place meatballs in and simmer, uncovered 30 min.
