• 1 Tbsp. almond extract
• 1/2 c. chocolate chips
• 1 c. lowfat milk, plus
• 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
• 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
