Chocolate Caramel Bark Recipe

Easy prep holiday treat. I love this stuff. The butter/sugar caramelizes and makes wonderful little treats.

Ingredients

  • 7 whole sheets graham crackers
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 oz. your favorite flavor chocolate squares

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Lay whole graham crackers on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast pecans, add to butter and sugar.
  4. Heat until melted, pour over graham crackers.
  5. Bake exactly 15 minutes.
  6. Heat chocolate and drizzle over the graham crackers, refrigerate 1 hour.
  7. Break into pieces.

    I'm definitely trying this recipe. But since I only have cinnamon graham crackers in the house, I'm going to try that. Could be interesting.
