Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 (1 ounce.) chocolate (melted)
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- Blend butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, lowfat sour cream and melted chocolate. Add in flour, soda and salt slowly. Then add in walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min.
- Frost with your favorite frosting.
