Directions

  1. Place onion, garlic and butter in a one qt casserole and microwave on high 30-45 seconds or possibly till butter melts. Add in cream cheese and microwave on high 45- 70 seconds or possibly till cream cheese softens.
  2. Remove from oven and add in remaining ingredients. mix well. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
  3. Use as dip for vegetables or possibly chips or possibly as cracker spread. Yields 2 c..
