  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 2 x cloves Garlic, mashed
  • 1/4 c. Minced Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 x 15 Ounce Can Black Beans, liquid removed/rinsed
  • 1 x 15 Ounce Can Small White Beans
  • 2 x 4 Ounce Cans Minced Green Chilies
  • 1 x 28 Ounce Can Minced Or possibly Whole Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Pwdr Salt And Pepper, to taste Minced Green Onion, Nonfat Lowfat sour cream And Shredded Nonfat Cheddar Cheese, for garnish

Directions

  1. Sweat onions, garlic and bell pepper in a large pot. Add in remaining ingredients except garnish and simmer for at least 30 min.
  2. Garnish with minced green onion, nonfat lowfat sour cream and shredded nonfat cheddar cheese.
