Ingredients
- 10 1/2 ounce Can cream chicken soup
- 10 1/2 ounce Water
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
- 1 can Chicken broth
- 10 piece chicken
- 1 pkt Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 sm Onion, diced
Directions
- Place rice in large baking dish and cover with the soup and water mix.
- Arrange chicken over rice and soup mix in the baking dish. Sprinkle chicken with onion soup mix. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake 325-350 deg F. for 2 hours.
