Directions

  1. Mix the rice and 1/2 of the package of onion soup fold in the bottom of a roaster. Place the pcs of chicken over the rice. Mix the can of cream of chicken soup and lowfat milk and pour over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper and the rest of the dry soup mix. Cover and bake for 2 hrs at 350 degrees.
