Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn broccoli, cooked and liquid removed
- 4 ounce. Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 cans mushroom soup
Directions
- Put broccoli in bottom of lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with chicken. Sprinkle on cheese. Combine mushrooms, lemon juice, mayonnaise and soup; spread over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min till bubbly. Sprinkle with topping and bake another 10 min.
